that monster,
hated his heart,
so black and hideous,
it was a reminder,
of a time where he was lost and weak,
so he ripped it out,
and throw it away,
later,
that monster regretted it,
that heart was the only one never to leave him,
his only treasure,
gone,taken,lost,
them who found that heart,
think that them found a treasure,
a relic from distant past,
covered in dust that needs to be washed,
but then when them saw,
what it truly is,
them throw it away,
without a second thought,
and then,
there was a story,
of a monster looking for its heart,
still gone, taken, lost, vanished to this day,
that black heart,
his only treasure.
hated his heart,
so black and hideous,
it was a reminder,
of a time where he was lost and weak,
so he ripped it out,
and throw it away,
later,
that monster regretted it,
that heart was the only one never to leave him,
his only treasure,
gone,taken,lost,
them who found that heart,
think that them found a treasure,
a relic from distant past,
covered in dust that needs to be washed,
but then when them saw,
what it truly is,
them throw it away,
without a second thought,
and then,
there was a story,
of a monster looking for its heart,
still gone, taken, lost, vanished to this day,
that black heart,
his only treasure.

salam.
i especially like this poem by you...
you know, i think you ae just another heart live in haze reality of brutal world..i too have such experiences whereby i dont know what to search for when my gut tells me that there's something missing all along in my journey in this life.
i follow like what most people do. seek that 'something'. believe me..all roads lead to somewhere, so does the road i have taken..it takes me to Allah (S.W.T).
May Allah bless you.
if you look hard..this comment tells you many.
cheers.
